today i chilled out with susan b., frederick douglass, and various other abolitionists at the Freedom Festival. all in all i would call it a worthwhile sunday.

driving home from conesus lake, it became overwhelmingly beautiful outside


(and these friends are usually overwhelmingly beautiful themselves [this was after we all blindfoldedly led each other around the park])

well, it is that time of year

lars, my dad, and i tried to leave javas, but hilton high school was trying (and succeeding) to have its graduation, which meant that gibbs street was flooded with red-robed youths and proud parents with small digital cameras. as we were in effect stuck there, we felt it would be in everyone's best interest if we inserted ourselves into several group photos and offered the graduates our congratulations.






everyone was better off for our presence, i'm pretty sure.

for real this time. i have lars to keep me accountable.
